HyENA stands up a launch-ready critical data layer in ~3 weeks with Hydromancer

HyENA is one of the first HIP-3 DEXes launched on Hyperliquid, built in cooperation with Based. HyENA uses USDe as quote asset, a yield-bearing stablecoin created by Ethena.

Challenge

Ahead of launching HyENA, the team needed public dashboards, internal risk and business tooling, and self-serve foundational data. All of these were scoped and created within weeks by the Hydromancer team. We delivered both the finished dashboards and the raw foundational data underneath them, so the team could self-serve new analysis on day one. Per-address per-second snapshot data was optimized to stay queryable at multi-hundred-GB/day volumes.

Solution

Hydromancer powers HyENA's public stats and leaderboard pages, a cross-venue funding comparison page, and a suite of internal dashboards: market and trading-firm liquidity, market-maker order and position monitoring, and risk tooling for liquidation exposure and open-interest concentration. Foundational datasets and a cleaned, multi-node S3 archive land hourly, with daily Slack reporting on HLPe fees and volume.
